3.1投標人應(yīng)具有中華人民共和國注冊的獨立法人資格，提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本、組織機構(gòu)代碼證副本、稅務(wù)登記證或統(tǒng)一社會信用代碼的營業(yè)執(zhí)照(如為三證合一) （提供以上材料加蓋單位公章的復(fù)印件）及法定代表人授權(quán)書。
Bidder should be an independent legal person registered in the People's Republic of China, and should provide a copy of business license, a copy of organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or business license with unified social credit code (in the case of three certificates in one) （The above-mentioned copy with the seal of the unit） and the letter of authorization of legal representative.
3.2投標人提供有效的法定代表人授權(quán)委托書原件。
The bidder shall provide the original letter of authorization from the valid legal representative.
3.3單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標段投標，否則，相關(guān)投標均無效。（需提供承諾書并加蓋公章，格式不限）
If the person in charge of the company is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relationship may not participate in the bidding for the same bid section, otherwise, the relevant tenders will be invalid.
3.4投標人不得在“信用中國”網(wǎng)站被列為失信被執(zhí)行人，提供信用中國網(wǎng)站查詢截圖并加蓋公章的原件。
Bidders shall not be listed as persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking on the Credit China website, and the original copy with official seal shall be provided with the screenshot of inquiry on the Credit China website.
3.5投標人應(yīng)具有A1或/A2壓力容器的設(shè)計及制造資質(zhì)。

3.6投標人應(yīng)具有ISO 9000或/ISO 9001認證。
