二、掛牌出讓競買對象：
中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外的法人和其他組織，除法律、法規(guī)另有規(guī)定外，均可申請參加，申請人應當單獨申請。對缺乏誠信，違反土地管理法律、法規(guī)及國有建設用地使用權出讓合同，經(jīng)有關部門教育、督促仍拒不改正者不得參加本次競買。申請人必須符合工業(yè)項目產(chǎn)業(yè)定位等準入要求，地塊報名前須通過海寧市工業(yè)項目準入評價。
三、競得人確定方式：本次國有建設用地使用權掛牌出讓按照價高者得的原則確定競得人。
四、本次掛牌出讓方式：本次國有建設用地使用權掛牌出讓通過浙江省土地使用權網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn/GTJY_ZJ/）進行。
五、本次掛牌公告時間：2021年8月4日至2021年8月23日；
報名時間：2021年8月24日至2021年9月2日（競買保證金繳納截止時間為2021年9月2日16:00）；
掛牌時間：掛牌起始時間為2021年8月24日10:00，掛牌截止時間為2021年9月6日10:00；
以上時間均以浙江省國有建設用地使用權出讓網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)時間為準，競買保證金到達指定賬戶時間以銀行信息系統(tǒng)為準。

八、申請人須按照掛牌須知要求辦理數(shù)字證書，符合競買要求，并按要求足額交納競買保證金，方可參加網(wǎng)上掛牌出讓活動。
九、其他事項：
1、本次掛牌出讓地塊設置投資強度、年均銷售、年均稅收等建設條件（具體詳見掛牌出讓地塊的基本情況和規(guī)劃指標表格）。成交后受讓方除與出讓方簽訂《國有土地使用權出讓合同》外，須與屬地政府或平臺簽訂《工業(yè)項目“標準地”使用協(xié)議》，并及時報出讓人、海寧市發(fā)改局、海寧市經(jīng)信局備案。
2、海自然字21055號地塊：①設置于地下的機動車泊位數(shù)應不少于機動車總泊位數(shù)的40%;②保留西側(cè)南北走向的10kv北埭線電線桿、電力管線。
3、海自然字21096號地塊：設置于地下的機動車泊位數(shù)應不少于機動車總泊位數(shù)的50%。
