二、有關(guān)事宜：
（一）申請對象：凡中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外的法人和其他組織，除法律另有規(guī)定外，均可申請競買，申請人可以單獨(dú)申請，也可以聯(lián)合申請；不接受自然人申請。
（二）申請人須持有吳興區(qū)發(fā)展改革和經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化局出具的《吳興區(qū)工業(yè)項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)入核定表》，項(xiàng)目須符合國家、省、市、區(qū)相關(guān)部門準(zhǔn)入要求，且為吳興區(qū)工業(yè)大好高項(xiàng)目
（三）本次國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓按照價(jià)高者得原則確定競得人。
（四）城市市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套費(fèi)的征收按照湖自然資規(guī)發(fā)[2019]28號文件執(zhí)行。
三、網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間及拍賣出讓地點(diǎn)：
（一）網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間：2021年9月1日上午9:00至2021年9月9日下午16：00前的工作時(shí)間內(nèi)。
（二）競買保證金繳納截止時(shí)間:2021年9月9日下午16：00時(shí)。
（三）拍賣時(shí)間：
吳土2021（工）-48號地塊：2021年9月10日上午9:30
吳土2021（工）-50號地塊：2021年9月10日上午10:00
吳土2021（工）-51號地塊：2021年9月10日上午10:30

（四）本次拍賣出讓地點(diǎn)：本次國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓通過浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn）進(jìn)行。申請人可通過浙江省自然資源廳、湖州市自然資源和規(guī)劃局門戶網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)。
以上時(shí)間未特別注明的，均以浙江省國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
四、其他需要公告的事項(xiàng)：
（一）申請人應(yīng)認(rèn)真、全面、系統(tǒng)閱讀《浙江省國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易規(guī)則（試行）》、出讓公告、出讓須知等公開出讓相關(guān)資料，對上述內(nèi)容作充分了解，競買申請人一旦提交申請，即視為接受。
（二）競得入選人未通過資格審核或未按時(shí)提交資格審核材料、未按時(shí)辦理受讓人資格確認(rèn)手續(xù)的，競價(jià)結(jié)果無效，競買保證金不予退還，出讓人有權(quán)對該國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)另行出讓。競得入選人通過資格審核后，出讓人與競得人當(dāng)場簽訂《網(wǎng)上拍賣成交確認(rèn)書》，競得入選人未按時(shí)簽訂《網(wǎng)上拍賣成交確認(rèn)書》的，競價(jià)結(jié)果無效，競買保證金不予退還。
（三）付款時(shí)間：自合同簽訂之日起5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付清；付款時(shí)間到期如遇節(jié)假日，則順延至節(jié)假日后第一個(gè)工作日。
（四）交地時(shí)間：地價(jià)款付清后7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)由屬地人民政府負(fù)責(zé)交地（具體以《國有建設(shè)用地交地確認(rèn)書》形式明確）。
（五）有關(guān)建設(shè)要求詳見規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)條件。
（六）如有不明，對競買規(guī)則、網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)和土地出讓的有關(guān)情況可咨詢湖州市自然資源和規(guī)劃局吳興分局、織里鎮(zhèn)自然資源所。
