二、有關(guān)事宜：
（一）申請(qǐng)對(duì)象：凡中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)外的法人和其他組織，除法律另有規(guī)定外，均可申請(qǐng)競(jìng)買，申請(qǐng)人可以單獨(dú)申請(qǐng)，也可以聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)；不接受自然人申請(qǐng)。
（二）申請(qǐng)人須持有吳興區(qū)發(fā)展改革和經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化局出具的《吳興區(qū)工業(yè)項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)入核定表》，項(xiàng)目須符合國(guó)家、省、市、區(qū)相關(guān)部門準(zhǔn)入要求，且為吳興區(qū)工業(yè)大好高項(xiàng)目
（三）本次國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓按照價(jià)高者得原則確定競(jìng)得人。
（四）城市市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套費(fèi)的征收按照湖自然資規(guī)發(fā)[2019]28號(hào)文件執(zhí)行。
三、網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間及拍賣出讓地點(diǎn)：
（一）網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間：2021年9月1日上午9:00至2021年9月9日下午16：00前的工作時(shí)間內(nèi)。
（二）競(jìng)買保證金繳納截止時(shí)間:2021年9月9日下午16：00時(shí)。
（三）拍賣時(shí)間：
吳土2021（工）-48號(hào)地塊：2021年9月10日上午9:30
吳土2021（工）-50號(hào)地塊：2021年9月10日上午10:00
吳土2021（工）-51號(hào)地塊：2021年9月10日上午10:30

（四）本次拍賣出讓地點(diǎn)：本次國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓通過(guò)浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn）進(jìn)行。申請(qǐng)人可通過(guò)浙江省自然資源廳、湖州市自然資源和規(guī)劃局門戶網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)。
以上時(shí)間未特別注明的，均以浙江省國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
四、其他需要公告的事項(xiàng)：
（一）申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)認(rèn)真、全面、系統(tǒng)閱讀《浙江省國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易規(guī)則（試行）》、出讓公告、出讓須知等公開(kāi)出讓相關(guān)資料，對(duì)上述內(nèi)容作充分了解，競(jìng)買申請(qǐng)人一旦提交申請(qǐng)，即視為接受。
（二）競(jìng)得入選人未通過(guò)資格審核或未按時(shí)提交資格審核材料、未按時(shí)辦理受讓人資格確認(rèn)手續(xù)的，競(jìng)價(jià)結(jié)果無(wú)效，競(jìng)買保證金不予退還，出讓人有權(quán)對(duì)該國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)另行出讓。競(jìng)得入選人通過(guò)資格審核后，出讓人與競(jìng)得人當(dāng)場(chǎng)簽訂《網(wǎng)上拍賣成交確認(rèn)書(shū)》，競(jìng)得入選人未按時(shí)簽訂《網(wǎng)上拍賣成交確認(rèn)書(shū)》的，競(jìng)價(jià)結(jié)果無(wú)效，競(jìng)買保證金不予退還。
（三）付款時(shí)間：自合同簽訂之日起5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付清；付款時(shí)間到期如遇節(jié)假日，則順延至節(jié)假日后第一個(gè)工作日。
（四）交地時(shí)間：地價(jià)款付清后7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)由屬地人民政府負(fù)責(zé)交地（具體以《國(guó)有建設(shè)用地交地確認(rèn)書(shū)》形式明確）。
（五）有關(guān)建設(shè)要求詳見(jiàn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)條件。
