nbsp;二、競買對象：中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外的法人、自然人和其他組織均可申請參加，申請人可以單獨申請，也可以聯(lián)合申請（法律另有規(guī)定除外），在長興縣欠繳土地出讓金的不得參與競買。
三、掛牌方式：本次國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)掛牌出讓通過浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn/GTJY_ZJ/）進行。申請人須辦理數(shù)字證書，并按要求足額繳納競買保證金，符合競買要求，方可參加網(wǎng)上掛牌出讓活動。本次宗地國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)掛牌出讓按照價高者得原則確定競得人。
四、掛牌報名、報價時間：
掛牌報名時間：2021年9月15日8:30至2021年9月24日16:00。
掛牌報價時間：2021年9月15日8:30至2021年9月27日9:30。
五、競得者必須與宗地所在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道、園區(qū)）簽訂《工業(yè)項目“標準地”使用協(xié)議》。（《工業(yè)項目“標準地”使用協(xié)議》樣板及內(nèi)容已上傳附件，簽訂后作為國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓合同附件）
六、本次掛牌出讓的詳細資料請參閱《掛牌出讓文件》。《掛牌出讓文件》及宗地相關(guān)資料，可以登錄浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)瀏覽或下載。
